Warranty: 
•VMX wheels come with One-year warranty for material and manufacturing errors. (Include hubs, rims & spokes.).
If it is found to be an issue covered by warranty, it will be replaced by same or similar item and returned to you free of charge.
•This warranty does not cover the damage that is caused by misuse,abuse,accident, severe impact or collision during riding.

•Wheels must be installed in a professional manner by professional mechanic, company or qualified person. By ordering VMX products,you accept these terms.
•No door-to-door Shipping Service Outside Finland. 
The Deliveryman will Contact You to Pick up the Package once the Goods arrive at the Local Post Office. So, Please Leave us a Contact Number When You Make the Order.

Return Policy

     Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered, worn or washed. All tags must be attached. All garments are despatched with attached tags. If the tag is removed the item no longer qualifies for return. 

     Any wheels and parts returned to us with scratches or any other markings/stains will not be accepted. Wheels and CNC parts that have been damaged in any way will not be accepted. VMX-RACING reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.

Returns Procedure
 

    To return an item, please notify us via email at info@vmx-racing.com within 7 days of receiving your item (based on the Finland-Post tracking system of the delivery date to the address) and we will provide you with a Return Authorisation number and instructions on returning the item. Any returns without this Return Authorisation will not be accepted. Customers must notify vmx-racing  that they are returning their item within 7 days of receipt and the item must be received back within 21 days of the day the item was received (not date of purchase). If items are returned to us outside of the 21 day timeframe they will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Order Return Guidelines
 

    Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. VMX-RACING recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our registered address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, VMX-RACING  will not be held accountable for any losses.

Our Cancellation Policy:
 

    We Do NOT Accept Cancellations On Custom-made orders in our store! However, due to business expenses of processing an order there is a 25% Cancellation fee if the Order is cancelled. You agreed to these Terms when you ordered from us here at vmx-racing . Please make note of this Term and Condition When ordering from our store Thank you.
