Warranty: 
•VMX wheels come with One-year warranty for material and manufacturing errors. (Include hubs, rims & spokes.).
If it is found to be an issue covered by warranty, it will be replaced by same or similar item and returned to you free of charge.
•This warranty does not cover the damage that is caused by misuse,abuse,accident, severe impact or collision during riding. 

Additional Information: 
•Wheels must be installed in a professional manner by professional mechanic, company or qualified person. By ordering VMX products,you accept these terms.
•No door-to-door Shipping Service Outside Finland. 
The Deliveryman will Contact You to Pick up the Package once the Goods arrive at the Local Post Office. So, Please Leave us a Contact Number When You Make the Order.

Return Policy
 

     We will gladly accept return of full price, unworn, unwashed unmarked, unaltered and undamaged merchandise for a store credit note. We DO NOT offer REFUNDS on change of mind and/or incorrect sizing purchases and you will be issued with Store Credit Note.
    If customer wants to return by some unacceptable reason (such as ordered by mistake or road registerment reason), Customer pays for return shipping costs and we will only refund after items are returned.
    Please note that there will be 4.4% transaction fee that charged by Paypal. Once refunded , the transaction fee will not be returned from Paypal.
   Also Shipping charges are nonrefundable. In case customer decides not to receive package and it will be returned to VMX warehouse customer is also responsible for all return costs.
     Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered, worn or washed. All tags must be attached. All garments are despatched with attached tags. If the tag is removed the item no longer qualifies for return. 

     Any wheels and parts returned to us with scratches or any other markings/stains will not be accepted. Wheels and CNC parts that have been damaged in any way will not be accepted. xxx reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
