Q1  Do you have the road permission/assignment/registration for wheels?
A1  Sure, we have the road permission for the wheels we sell, once you order, you could contact us, and we will send the file to you.
 

Q2  How long will it take for shipping?
A2  The handling time for Order is 2 business days. VMX wheels will be shipped from Finland by Finland Post. It takes about 3-5 business days if you are located in Finland.
    For outside Finland, it takes about 5-10 business days for shipping(Due to the COVID-19, there might be some delay for delivery). There is no door to door service provided outside Finland, so please pick up the package once it was arrived at destionation Country.
    If you still do not receive your package after two weeks, please contact us in time.



Q3  What should I do if I got no message or phone for pick up service?
A3  If you are a local customer, you can call Finland Post for help.
If you are in Germany or Sweden, please call DHL for help.
If you are in other country, please call local post for help.
Tell them your tracking number and the situation you met, the carrier will be helpful.

Q4  Can I have the customer made roder for the different color combo or rim size combo that you do not list?How much will it cost?
A4  The customer made for color combo is acceptted.
€50 extra for customizing
€70 extra for tubeless wheels customize

€30 extra for black spokes

Q5  What’s the difference between the 3.5/5.0 rims and 3.5/4.25 rims?
A5  The only difference between them is just the size.No matter the 5.0 size rim or 4.25 size rim can fit your bike well.
    And most of our supermoto wheels are 3.5/5.0 size. Only the casting supermoto wheels and the wheels with tire have the 3.5/4.25 size rim.

 

Q6  What’s the difference between casting and CNC wheels?
A6  The only difference between them is the hub. The casting wheels are assembled with painted A536 aluminium hubs while CNC wheels assembled with A6082 aluminium anodized hub.
VMX casting wheels are stronger than your stocked wheels and lighter than VMX CNC wheels.
VMX CNC wheels are beautiful than your stocked wheels and stronger than VMX cast wheels.
